What is Anbi?
An ANBI is a public benefit corporation. An organization can only be an ANBI if it is almost entirely dedicated to the common good. Associations (such as sports, personnel, singing, harmony or theater associations) and hobby clubs usually do not fall under the ANBI status. However, these organizations may, in some cases, qualify as a Social Interest-Bearing Institution (SBBI).
