Eid-ul-Fitr Pocket money for the poor

Eid-ul-Fitr is a celebration of joy, togetherness and gratitude. After a month of fasting and devotion, Muslims around the world celebrate this special day with family, prayer and charity. For many, Eid is a time of joy, but for the poor, orphans and needy families, it can be a time of worry and loss.

SunriseHelp Foundation is committed to helping everyone experience a dignified and joyful Eid. This is why we organize the Eid-ul-Fitr Pocket Money Campaign, offering financial support to children, orphans, widows and needy families. With this pocket money, they can buy clothes, food or small gifts to experience the celebration as beautifully as others.

Fitr (sadaqa al-fitr) is a special form of zakat that every Muslim is supposed to pay to the less fortunate during the month of Ramadan.

Through your donations to the Zakaat and Fitr Campaign, we help the poor, needy, oppressed, victims and (war) refugees. Furthermore, from the fund we provide scholarships to the financially weak students and support (education) projects with social and community interest.
