The month of Ramadan comes around every year return, in which fasting, prayer, and charity are central. Families, family members and friends meet at the iftar-tables after they have purified their stomachs, minds but also lustful desires from sunrise to sunset and strengthened their bond with Allah (S.W.T.). Then teaconversations about old nostalgic Ramadans. When we talk about old Ramadans talk, the value of some concepts is better understood. Such as divide, multiply and helping each other... Hence that beautiful nickname: Ramadan the ''sultan of eleven months''.

We understand the plight of millions of people struggling with hunger during Ramadan in continents such as Africa and Asia best. As SUNRİSE Foundation we are not satisfied with understandingp for their situation, we therefore put oo a heart by brightening up their tables, but we also, regardless of origin or creed. offering Iftar-meals, Sahoor-packages, food parcels, collection and distribution of Zekaat and Fitrah, and providing pocket money to children for Eid-ul-Fitr are some of our resources that we employ to pursue this goal. 1 thing is certain. We don't leave them not alone during Ramadan!

Understanding that we are a foundation dedicated to serving society, we are happy to deliver the tools made by our volunteers and donors to people in need. With every aid we deliver, we feel the warmth of Ramadan again in our hearts. In Ramadan, we witness together that unity, solidarity and connectedness are almost embodied.
