Working Together for Health: SUNRISE Foundation Helps 1000 Children to a Healthier Life!

In the period between January 3 and January 7, 2025, the SUNRISE Foundation, in collaboration with the local organization Safa and the Dutch "Stichting Halal Voeding en Voedsel," took a tremendous step toward better health care in Chad. Thanks to this collaboration, 1000 out of 3000 children have been provided with a well-organized health project: circumcision. This project not only marks an important milestone for the children involved and their families, but also demonstrates the power of both national and international cooperation.
A Health Project with Impact
In many parts of the world, basic health care and preventive measures are not taken for granted. With this project, SUNRISE Foundation not only ensured that circumcision was performed safely and hygienically, but also helped local communities better understand health and well-being. Parents were grateful and relieved that their children were helped with the utmost care and professionalism.

This project was made possible through the close collaboration between SUNRISE Foundation, local organization Safa and Halal Food and Nutrition Foundation. Each party contributed unique expertise and resources, leading to a successful and smooth running of the project. This collaboration demonstrates that when we join forces, we can make tremendous changes, even in the most challenging places in the world.
