From November 15 to 17, Sunrise Foundation had the honor of participating in the 2024 Kazelexpo at De Broodfabriek, next to the beautiful city of The Hague. This event brought together a colorful mix of organizations, entrepreneurs and clothing vendors in an inspiring socio-cultural weekend. The best part? Thanks to the support of the owner, Mr. Kazel, we as a foundation were allowed to participate completely free of charge! His belief in our actions and goals gives us an extra push to continue our mission.
With our own booth, we were ready to tell our stories. Our campaigns, actions, and dreams came alive in conversations with the many visitors. What touched us most was the enthusiastic response and heartwarming support. Visitors expressed their admiration and many expressed their desire to get involved in our future actions. Some even offered a donation directly to support our goals.
This weekend was not only an opportunity to make the Sunrise Foundation better known, but also to take a step further in expanding our Sunrise family. New faces, new energy, and new ideas: all building blocks for a future where we can make a difference together.
On behalf of the Sunrise Foundation, we would like to thank Mr. Kazel and everyone involved. Thanks to his generosity and the hospitality of De Broodfabriek we were able to participate in this special event. It just shows again how powerful cooperation is and what is possible when people support each other.
